RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return and exchange standards (only applicable to orders shipped to Hong Kong)

swim.is promise to provide you with “14-day Unconditional Returns Service” within 14 days after the receipt of your purchase (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). You can return the products purchased at www.swim.is online shop for any reason or without any condition within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You need to bear the round-trip freight costs.

Please ensure that the items for returning is in a condition regarding unconditional returns request:

• No damage or stains on the packaging (Please ensure the shoes box is not damages or smudged)

• No damage or stains on the products

• No damage or stains on the accessories of the products

• Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed

• All Product tags present

• In Resell-able condition

• Due to hygiene concerns, all swimwear and accessories such as swimming gears, masks, socks, water bottle and shoe care products cannot be returned

Acceptable reasons are limited to the following circumstance:

• The color, design model and materials of product are not consistent with the description on the website

• There is any problem in the delivery process

• You dislike the product

• You purchase a wrong product

• You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects (Such product may be returned only in accordance with the return procedure for defective products and will subject to additional limitations.)

• For some specific offers / promotion events, a full return & refund is required for the orders purchased during the event. You have to return all the discounted products of the purchase, partial return & refund will not be accepted.

Return of defective product

If you think the product is defective, you can choose to return it. Please ensure that the returned item meets the following return requirements:

•Swimming suits and trunks: quality problems that are not caused by human factors within 30 days from the date of receipt, such as: damaged zippers, accessories on clothes, peeling off of heat transfer and other obvious serious defects.

•Swimming accessories: quality problems that are not caused by humans within 30 days from the date of receipt, such as: backpack prints falling off, swimming goggle frames falling off.

If it is not the above product, please contact us for enquiry. If the return application for defective products fails to meet the above requirements, www.swim.is will not be able to accept it and has the final decision.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return process

Local delivery orders:

If your order needs to be returned, please make sure that your order meets the return and exchange standards. You can handle the return through online consultation or the telephone service hotline. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Provide the order number and let our customer service create a return code for you.

    2. Choose the appropriate return method:

      1) SF Express door-to-door pickup (including Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. Other outlying island areas and restricted areas are temporarily not applicable);

      2) You must personally deliver the product to a nearby SF Express store for return;

      3) Directly choose other courier companies to send it back.

 After we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, a refund will be arranged as soon as possible according to your needs.

• Regarding the packaging of returned products, please prepare a complete bag, properly package the returned products, delivery note or order, write the return application number on the delivery note or paper, and send it back to www.swim.is storehouse. (Do not use the original transparent packaging bag of the product as the outer packaging for returns to prevent the product from falling out and being lost during transportation.)

Exchange process (only applicable to orders shipped to Hong Kong)

If you need to exchange a product, please follow the steps below within 14 days from the day you receive the product (excluding discounted products or designated products, please refer to individual event details for details):

    1. Provide the order number and let our customer service create an exchange code for you.

    2. You must deliver the product to a nearby SF Express store in person to return the product;

    3. After we receive your product and confirm that there is no problem, we will send the replacement product.

* When sending back products that need to be exchanged, please be sure to write the exchange order number on the delivery note or paper and send it back with the package. Otherwise, you will bear the risk of exchange and the return freight.

* The new product for exchange will be sent to the delivery address of your original order. If you need to change, please select a new delivery method and address when submitting the exchange application.

* If you apply for an exchange, you cannot apply for a return before the exchange is completed; if you have applied for an exchange for some products in your order, you cannot apply for an exchange for the remaining products in the order until the exchange is completed.

• If you paid online, we will generally refund your payment to your payment account within 4-7 working days after we receive your returned product. (The actual arrival date is subject to the processing cycle of the bank, WeChat, Alipay, etc.)

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange

• Products not meeting the criteria for “14-day Unconditional Returns”

• Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated.

• Products with loose threads or cracking due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear.

• Damaged products due to use for longer than service life

• Damaged products due to improper wash

• Products with color fading due to display

• Products with unclean appearance

• Products not sold on swim.is Online Shop
