Vision and SPH value:
* SPH value can be measured by family optometrist or optometrist nearest to you.
Simple method for measuring your SPH value: Hold a book outstretched in your hands and move it towards your face. When your eyes can focus on the letters, stop and measure the distance from your eyes. Divide 100 by this distance, and you will get your nearsighted SPH value. If the focus distance with the naked eye is 20cm, then the SPH value would be:

100/20 =5 (-5.0)
*SPH value is presented in negative number.

Basic care of goggles:

Swipe the lens with your fingers and rinse the lens surface with water, and clear vision will recover. The anti-fog effect will also be restored immediately when fogging at the goggles.

1. Wet the lens surface
2. Swipe the lens 5 to 10 times with your fingers
3. Rinse the lens surface with water

Precautions:
● Please fully wet the inside of the lens before use.
● When the inside of the lens gets wet, it will have a little sticky feeling due to its anti-fog processing. This is purely normal and there is no need to worry.
● The anti-fog effect is not permanent. If the clear vision cannot be restored due to long-term use, please be sure to use the anti-fog liquid produced by our company. Generally, some products of other brands of anti-fog liquids sold in the market may corrode the plastic material of swimming goggles and cause cracks.
